Masia Can Batlle is not a conference centre. It is a working estate where the same family has grown grapes since 1730. The setting — vineyards, artisan wine cellar, outdoor terrace with views of Montserrat — means the experience does most of the work. No forced activities, no corporate filler.

Make Your Own Cava Workshop (hands-on team building)
The group tours the cellar, learns the cava production process, and — working together — disgorges, corks, capsules, and labels their own bottles. Each person takes home a personalised bottle of Palagó cava. It is our most-requested corporate format: participatory, memorable, and with a tangible result.

Guided Winery Tour and Professional Tasting
A walk through the vineyard, farmhouse and cellar with a directed tasting of Palagó cavas. Works well as an opening activity or as a complement to a company lunch.

Outdoor activities in the vineyard
4×4 or quad routes through the estate, Nordic walking among the vines, vineyard picnics, yoga or sunrise meditation, themed treasure hunts. Combined with a cava workshop or tasting as part of a full programme.
Catering and barbecue at the farmhouse
A local-produce menu served on the outdoor terrace or in the farmhouse’s interior rooms. Paired with Palagó cavas and Penedès wines. Available as a complement to any activity.
