Did you know that for millions of years this valley was a tropical sea? How does this affect the wines that are made here? How does this affect the wines that are made there now?<\/h5>\n

We will begin the guided route to the 360\u00ba viewpoint of Puig de La Mireta, where we will explain the origin of the Pened\u00e8s, between the Litoral and Pre-Litoral mountain ranges, and we will learn why it has become such an important wine-growing area.<\/p>\n

The visit will continue to the Interpretation Center of the Iberian Site of Font de la Canya, where the importance of the Iberian in the development of wine culture in the Pened\u00e8s region is explained. In fact, here we can find the first vineyard in Catalonia.<\/p>\n

Then, the visit will continue to Artcava, where you will see how wine developed in medieval times in our 12th century farmhouse until today.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
