3 private sessions with the winemaker<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Together with the winemaker, we’ll define the alchemy of the blend, playing with Xarel\u00b7lo, Macabeu, and Parellada wines and adding special touches with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, or any of the other grape varieties authorised under the DO Cava. You decide how involved you want to be in the process. If you’d like to visit us and witness the bottling, clarification, and disgorgement of the cava, you’re welcome to attend as many times as you wish.
